History is made by those who dare. This series will focus on leadership’s essence, through Graduates forged at institutions that have produced civilian and military leaders for the last two centuries. Those featured include Presidents and Governors, Members of Congress and Ambassadors, as well as Athletes, Leaders of Charitable Foundations, Authors, and Top Military Brass. Viewers will be inspired by a world in which selfless service and sheer force of character propels Graduates to rare levels of success; to the benefit of both country and fellow citizens. Series also showcases Graduates who have gone on to excel in civilian endeavors, resulting in unequaled numbers of C-Level executives in today’s corporate boardrooms; a dramatic statistic given their relative small numbers and that, in time of crisis, Academies lose significant numbers of new graduates to combat - sometimes only months after graduation. The Leadership Series presents the accomplishments of this elite corps, both contemporary and historical. The audience is transported back in time as stories of recent Academy graduates intersect with those who came before, and whose contributions to watershed events defined an emerging nation. The Leadership Series reveals the impact Graduates have in every aspect of American life. The audience will be surprised by Notables who are Academy Grads, and can listen in as a Senator discusses historic meetings with world leaders, or a CEO confides how military experience translated into a successful and valuable civilian career. We see Graduates pass the torch via mentorship and leading through example. A torch lit not from dry classroom instruction but hardship, danger, seminal moments, and the fellow servicemembers who shaped graduates' lives. The men and women, the living legacy of the Academies, are presented as the best a country has to offer; whose dedication to the greater good benefits those they serve, and who see themselves not merely as a school's alumni, but rather the vanguard of their country’s future. |
